We are also experienced in working with real estate departments and developers involving lease and/or tenant issues for capital improvements.

Our remodeling division handles complete upgrades and remodels of existing businesses and office spaces, all the while utilizing our project management experience to maintain minimal disruption to tenants and occupants.
